Yeah, dont even worry, I wasnt sick at all after I threw up, I just had food poisoning, my body got it out and it passed!!!!!! My body has never been healthier I dont think than on my Mission, the fact that my body just got it all out real fast just shows how well it is working!!!!! So yeah, it was worth it throwing up to find Brenda and Miguel!!!!!
